Why Go Camping?

Camp is a great way for God to make a lasting impact on your church or your Youth Group.

We all share a deep need, periodically, to get away from the busyness of life, to leave our routines and familiar surroundings for places of relaxation, recreation and renewal. Largely this is what Christian camping is about.

Whilst providing a retreat, camping can also help the church meet many of its spiritual-growth and nurturing objectives. Many people experienced God in a fresh way in camps. Others accepted the Lord Jesus as Saviour in camps. Many young people felt and discovered their ministry callings in camps. Many more are baptized in the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in an unknown tongue!
