Clarity of Vision

Someone said, "Clarity of vision is more important than having, understanding or desiring certainty of outcome". Matter of fact, clarity is often perceived as leadership. Whoever paints the clearest picture will ultimately be viewed as the true leader.

Too many leaders are focused on the outcome when they should be focusing on clarity of their strategic process. Focusing on outcome is really day-dreaming. Outcome is the by-product of our processes - thus our need for clarity here is absolutely imperative.

We live in a world of uncertainty and that underscores our need for clarity. The greater the uncertainty, the greater the need for clarity. Ultimately, leadership is about bringing clarity of strategic focus and mission to the fore.

Strategy Review & Facilitation

Pastor Steven has assisted many individuals, businesses and churches to achieve clarity of strategic purpose and focus. He is a skilled and trained facilitator. He will help bring clarity of focus and mission to the enterprise. God has been using his skills and experiences to reposition lives, organisations and churches for greater effectiveness in outcome.

As a results, a segment of his ministry calling is to minister to pastors, leaders and professional individuals by speaking into their lives; conducting a review for them either personally or corporately, helping them to understand their inflection points and consequently moving them forward to the next level.
