Pastor Steven Teo is an itinerant minister base in Melbourne, Australia.
He travels extensively to various counries for camps, seminars, conferences and preaching engagements. He ministers across the various denominations.
Steven believes that the Holy Spirit - baptism, spiritual manifestations, speaking in tongue and the "still small voice of God" is particularly relevant in today's contemporary world. The world is heading towards spiritualism of all sorts, such as the New Age, occults, legalizing of witchcraft, entrenchment of secularism, mystical Jewish Kabbalah and the humanistic beliefs system. People are by and large more spiritual (though not godly) than rational. Therefore the church must meet this "spiritual age" head-on. This is not the time to back away from these challenges.

Steven ministers in association with Re-Gen Ministries Incorporated, a ministry based in Melbourne whose founding director is Rev. Ken Teo. Beside preaching and teaching, his other areas of ministry include conducting workshops on:

God has blessed my first half in life with achievement and success. At age 50 I moved into the ministry. God has a new season for me - it is now about significance and meaning. God is moving me to destiny. It is truly amazing grace.

- Win the lost for Jesus;
- Coach and mentor one thousand pastors, leaders and individuals by speaking into their lives, improving their strategy, planning and implementation competency, helping them understand their inflection points and moving them forward to the next level;
- To preach the Word across the globe in the anointing and manifestation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:7-11);
all over the next twenty years.
