Steven Teo was born of Chinese parents in Singapore in 1952. He is an accountant by training. He holds insurance qualifications from The Chartered Insurance Institute, London and the Australian Insurance Institute, Melbourne, Australia. He completed his MBA at Monash University and is also a graduate in executive education from the International Management Development Institute (IMDI), Lausanne, Switzerland.

Before entering full-time ministry, Steven had been in the corporate world for many years. He was the Chief Executive Officer of the Singapore Office of an international Insurance Group for seven years. In early 2000 he assumed additional responsibility as CEO of their Malaysian operations as well. He was concurrently the Chair of a Practice Board for the Asia Pacific Region and represented that region at the Global Commercial Board in Switzerland.

As a lay leader, Steven was involved in parallel ministry for many years. He had ministered at many camps, services, conferences and seminars. Having co-founded the Royal Rangers ministry in Singapore, he went on to assist the Malaysian Royal Rangers at their inception. Today both groups are thriving with a combined current membership of more than 2,000.

Steven successfully completed his Licentiate in Theology at a Bible College in Melbourne. He is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, Australia. He is an Associate with Re-Gen Ministries Incorporated, a ministry based in Australia.

He is currently involved in itinerary ministry in South East Asia, NZ, Australia and other countries. He brings practical and inspirational insights into the Word focusing on the gifts of the Spirit.

Steven is looking to bring high impact work to the nations of China, Myanmar, Nepal and Philippines. His objective is to do substantive lasting infrastructural works such as building Churches, Aged Homes, Orphanages and Schools. A result of this vision is the incorporation of dream4enations ministries inc. This ministry aims to empower and positions people for the future.

In addition, he assists individuals, organizations, including charitable companies and churches achieve clarity in their strategic purpose and focus. Steven ministers to pastors, leaders and professional individuals by speaking into their lives, helping them to understand their inflection points in life and consequently moving them forward to the next level.
