Strategy Session with CLIC Church, Berwick
I was very pleased to facilitate CLIC Church's strategy planning for the next 5 years. Together with her core pastors and leaders, we spent 2 Sunday afternoons to review, deliberate and refocus how church could be taken to the next level.
CLIC (Casey Life International Church) Church
The church was pioneered by Pastor Ken Teo (my younger sibling) and over the last 5 years has grown, to include a church building, an active work with University students, especially the international student population at Monash University, Berwick campus, among other good happenings.Now is the time for a total review of how we are doing church; to take stock of what's working and what's not working whilst at the same time casting an eye on what's ahead.
We had two great sessions - the clarity that came out of those hours is awesome. They say success is in the process and that outcome is but the natural results of the processes we have in place. The Lord willing, we are going to see greater outcome by virtue of our more purposeful approach to doing church and touching the community we are in.
