Ministry in Southern Thailand
This is my second visit to Southern Thailand. I had the opportunity to minister in the city of Surat Thani and Hatyai. This ministry was made possible by Ps Albert Ong of Good Samaritan Home, Klang, Malaysia. Thailand needs Jesus -more so in the South given the increasing problems they have with Muslim insurgency!
We had two pastoral and leaders conference, ministered in local churches, prayed for many, bring liberty and healing to others, given support to local pastors and are now working to see how best we can help two churches in Surat Thani on their building program.

Leaders Conference, Surat Thani
The two-day Conference was wonderfully inspirational. The Holy Spirit was there! Many pastors and leaders were truly blessed - we kept receiving report that many were so full that they felt totally overflowing. Others were lifted up in faith. One lady was set free from an evil spirit that troubled her at night.

Surat Thani Church
Ps Wi Chan was a wonderful host and I take great pleasure to speak in his church over the weekend. Ps Raymond and Ps Philip were preaching elsewhere in the city, one church being 2 hours away.
I had a wonderful Holy Spirit time seeing salvation and people coming in droves to be ministered to at the altar. I was especially glad to be praying for young people. One big young man gave me a memento after I prayed for him!

Land - more land. The church bought the land through huge sacrifices and now they are looking to building the house of God. I am looking to helping them somehow. Would you care to join me? |

Ministry at Hatyai
Our next stop, 4 hours away was the major capital city of Hatyai. Here too was a conference for leaders and pastors. Ps Sak and his team were great hosts. Our meetings were wonderfully blessed.
Ps Somai of Saturn interpreted for me - he was an excellent English speaker. He is known to many Malaysian and Singaporean pastors. We had a great time ministering and praying for people.
The worship was great and the ministry was good.

Penang - Tabernacle of Praise
I was privileged to minister in this church over the weekend - from the Youth Service on Saturday evening to 3 Sunday services; with the night meeting being an outstanding Chinese-dinner style outreach to Hokkien speaking people in the island.
This is a significant church in the tourist island of Penang and it was my second visit and ministry. The response was very good. Many older people accepted the Lord on Sunday night and many more came to be prayed for healing.
Saturday night was magical and we prayed for many young people - what a pleasure!
Our hosts were exceptionally generous and welcoming!!

All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy! True. So we had lots of fun as well. The fellowship was very enriching and uplifting. We had a good time, especially with food (boy did we have a good time when 5 of us came down with food posioning!!)
