Jogjakarta ministry with Ps Chris Hope

Indonesia is the country to watch in South East Asia. Whatever happens there has ramifications across the region and indeed the world. Who could forget the Bali bombing for example?

I am just glad that I can make a small contribution to bless this nation.

I was in Joga for a week - ministering together with Ps Chris Hope, who is now residing in Sydney.

Bringing Clarity to Strategy

I spent a bit of time with Pak Andrew Hendro and his team trying to bring clarity on their strategy and vision. I am a firm believer that if we fail to plan, then we plan to fail. Jesus talks about the need for planning in the Gospel - He said, "You do not go to war with another unless you first figure whether you are stronger and going to win the war; if not, you better sue for peace instead." Hence,this trip was meant to assist the team in Jogja to grapple with working strategically, purposefully and understanding key processes that lead to outcome.

Youth Conference

Ps Chris Hope and I had a great time ministering to the young people of Jogja. Indonesian youth are very contemporary, ennergetic, full of vitality and joy. They know how to worship, dance and praise the Lord.

15 of the young people were at the altar responding to the call of God in their lives - and many more were awesomely touched by the Holy Spirit on the final night of Chris Hope's 2 nights meeting.

Their youth will change the nation - for the better!
