Bring An Impact into Churches & Lives

Immediately after my Kathmandu trip, I was off to Perth, WA. I came back to Melbourne on a Tuesday night and left for Perth on a Thursday morning.... a bit of a rush but nonetheless eager for ministry in the West.

Ministry was indeed significant - I believe many individuals have had their inflection points in life during the weekend. The Holy Spirit was there; the prophetic was there and a strong impartation of the future was there. Pastors Cristian and Karen kept saying how impacting it was for their leaders in the weekend.

I saw the Gift of Clarity in operation as I walked the core leadership through key dynamics influencing the church. The "Why Collaboration?" game was a huge eye-opener for many. I believe the church is now re-positioned!

Sunday evening Murdoch University Service saw a young African student gave her life to Christ. Awesome God. A young lady came to me and said, "This whole sermon was just for me!"

Pastors Cristian and Karen - and indeed many of their leaders were most hospitable and kind. I have had many lunches and dinners. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting different leaders and their spouses in their homes and had a great time ministering to them personally.

InSight Members

I took the opportunity to meet with a couple of InSight members - Jim and Andrew.

It was a visit in season for Jim. We had lunch (thanks Jim!) and Jim received wisdom and insight for an important meeting he had that afternoon. Jim called subsequently to say that all went well - thanks to the insight from the Holy Spirit. Over lunch, he had such clarity after a short discussion - man, the Spirit was there!

I also had the opporutnity to meet with Ps Chris Friend - old friend now. It was good to see him and re-connect, perhaps for the future - who knows....

Nepal

This is my third visit to Nepal in four years. It was good to be back - met up with old friends Ps JN and Ps NP. I spoke four sessions at a combined churches camp of some 500 people over two days. The anointing was heavy - I could feel the people looking in amazement even as the Word was preached! There were captivated by the Word - even Ps JN noticed that and bought it to my attention. Ps NP was delighted.

Rophecca Church, Banepa, Nepal

This is an amazing church. Ps NP pioneered the church some 10 years ago. It is thriving now with many daughter churches in the surrounding villages.

I am sadden that the place is still a shack, really. The building is make-shift; complete with zinc roofing held down by tires, rocks and poles. The ground is earth.....there and then I felt the lord wants me to see the church building project through. I had much earlier already contributed to the building fund.....but all they had was S$7,500 when they need S$85,000 to compelte the building.

Will you join me to see this project through for the glory of the Father? Check out the details Banepa Church, Nepal

Village Life

Life is tough for the average Nepali in the villages. I visited one and saw the hardship.....

Buttercup Church - a Typical Church

It was good to be speaking in this church - my second service on Saturday. The people were hungry - they listened attentively and responsed to the Word quickly. The alatr was soon flooded and I was praying for many....this church is exemplary of the many that Ps JN and Ps NP are building in the hills....awesome God.

There were simple village folks but they were hungry for God....sometimes I wonder who is missing out - the well-groomed Westerners or the poor villagers of Nepal??

School of Ministry

Ps JN recently graducated his 11th batch of church planting students. Todate 51 churches had been planted or assisted....how awesome is that? Now the Lord has given JN a patch of land....he is now building....I hope to minister, teach and pray in this new facility when I am there next year.
