God allowed me to attend the church camp...
Before my hospitalisation leave and the church camp, I was full of doubts and uncertainty. But God spoke to me during the camp through prophetic words, the sermons and Pastor Steven's personal sharing with me.
I shared with Pastor Steven my personal situation and he said that God is merciful; that He has new beginnings for us - always. He said that God is a forgiving God, including the sin of my broken marriage. I may not be able to change the consequences of my failings but I can certainly look forward to the possibilities of my future rather than the limitations of my past.
He also said "...there are many divorced people serving the Lord today - you are not alone. What is important is what you do going forward rather than what you did in the past. Remember it is not on merits but on God's grace and mercy!" Praise the Lord.
Also taking the comfort of God's prophetic words on the last night of the camp - he said, "...there's no regret in your doings...and do not despair..." When the words were spoken, I felt the strong anointing of the Lord. My body was "flushed" with strong heat - it was "flushing" down on my head to my body. It was indeed an opening to my call from the Lord and was a great, wonderful and powerful experience for me. God is awesome and sovereign!
