Awesome anointing!

I came back from a 5-week ministry in South East Asia [June and July 06]- and plunged straight into Melbourne ministry. I was a little exhausted but always excited about local Australian ministry.

God is so good. His anointing is so awesome. He said in His word that His anointing dwells in us, is real not a counterfeit and will teach us all things (1 John 2:27). It is a privilege to minister His Gospel with this precious anointing.

It is this anointing I see as I minister in Melbourne for the rest of the month of July 06 before I head into Singapore and Indonesia for three weeks of ministry. What a prviliege and honor to bring this anointing of the Holy Spirit with me into churches and groups.....and to pass this on to others.

Bread of Life Church

I spoke on the 5th Anniversary of this church. It was very well attended and the service was excellent. I spoke about managing for significance and it was a word in season for the church. Praise God -many responded with a commitment to God.

A member came to me after the service and told me that the word was an affirmation of direction and purpose in his life. This is what ministry is about - life's transformation for Jesus!

SURGE - Clayton Church of Christ

I was privileged to minister to a group of Young Professionals in this church. Wayne the leader of the group [a lawyer by profession ], requested a special session on the Holy Spirit. It was a Saturday session and I had 5 couples in this closed-sesion.

It was a great meeting. Couple of the group's leaders were filled with the Holy Spirit. I also conducted a Gifting "clinic" - and it was wonderful to see the Holy Spirit moving sovereignly and pointedly.

I was so pleased that I spent time with this wonderful group of young people - praise God. The group is now well-equipped to fellowship with and minister in the gifting of the Holy Spirit. What an inflection or turning point!

Hope City Church

Dorothy and I were special guest in this church on Sunday the 24th July 06. I was the first external speaker for this church which was formed through the merger of two churches.

I knew both pastors well - they have been a great blessing to my ministry. Pastors BG Thomas and Stephen are wonderful men of God. Praise God I had a word in season for this merged entity. My wife and I spent considerable time praying for people at the altar - and speaking prophetically into lives.
