Awesome God!
It was really good to have Ps Ricky Tan back in Sydney. Ricky had a medical emergency whilst accompanying his son on a business trip to Singapore. God spared his life - he is recovering well. I was thrilled to minister in NewLife Church, once in his absence and the other on his first Sunday after being away for two months.

Newlife is a generous church. God touched the people of NewLife in a special way. The worship was really good. Many were at the altar being ministered to by the Holy Spirit.
Influencer Conference, Adelaide
Dorothy and I were priviledged to attend [together with many others from our home church] the Influencer Conference held at Paradise Community Church, Adelaide.
It was a great time of personal reflection. Two of the speakers, Jenzeten Franklin and TD Jakes spoke most powerfully. We were ministered by the Word - and the worship was fabulous. They even sang old Gospel hymns! TD Jakes in particular asked that we go back to our "secret place" to hear and receive new revelations from our Lord. Jenzeten cautioned ministers to go back to the Holy Spirit...to speaking in tongues, signs and wonders......awesome!
We also met Ps Paul Jeyachandran and his wife Esabel together with their younger son, Adam at the Conference. It was a wonderful time of fellowship, sharing and renewing of spirits. Ps Paul and I have an ever-growing mentoring relationship - praise God.

Prayer At Merroo Retreat
Ps Richard and Lilian Tng took Pastor Lawrence Seow [visiting Sydney for ministry] and I to the prayer house at Merroo Retreat. It was a great time of praying and interceding together. What a refreshing time! It was really good to catch up with Ps Lawrence as well.
The prayer house was purpose-built, open 24/7 and a great place to having a "secret place". If you are visiting Sydney, make sure you set aside half a day to visit this prayer place.

Church Camp - Grace Christian Church
I had a great camp with this church - where Ps Richard Tng served as Associate Pastor. The camp was held at Mangrove Mountain Retreat during the Easter holidays.
It was wonderful time of fellowship, receiving insight and inspiration. There were many testimonies of God's goodness - including a young adult who had a couple of one-on-one session with me. He took insights from me, went back to work, spoke to his CEO, exerted his rights and obtained a pay raise!
Many young people responded to the Word - this is really positioning the next generation for Jesus!
I also spoke at the Good Friday service prior to the camp - a lady who suffered mightmares and had diffculty sleeping was prayed for following a word of knowledge. After the camp, the senior pastor wrote me to say that she has had better sleep since that day! Praise God.
The camp was also great fun - my wife and I enjoyed the friendship and the love and care shown to us was marvelous. The church was very generous in flying both Dorothy and I to Sydney for this camp. Well done GCC.

Youth Group, Indonesian Church
It was good to connect again with Ps Herman's Youth Group at Epping. The young people [mostly students at Sydney Universities] were great worshippers. I had a great time ministering the word - asking young people to have a "changed mindset, a growing capacity for faith and adopting a divine persepctive" in order that God can draw the best out of their potentials.
It was good to see Sam again - Sam is the leader in the Group. Sam spent many years in Singapore as a school boy. Matter of fact, he attended Bethel Assembly of God church in Singapore - the church where I grew up. Good on you, Sam!

The month of April also saw me ministering in two churches in Victoria; an Australian church in Geelong and the other a Chinese church in Box Hill South.
Praise God - He is ever faithful! How awesome is our God!
