The "stressed" one

Anyway, I would like to really thank you for your motivational speeches on organization in Cell groups and Churches.

When you last came, my cell group was plagued with numerous problems, especially a huge problem with the lack of human resources. However, after your counsel, we made drastic changes and today, my cell group has grown to a size of about 22 regulars from a mere 12.

We are still working on the aspect of "building a culture" but I am very sure with God's help we will succeed. Thanks a lot again.
